Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring the leather is protected to avoid any scratches or damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
